The materials used for the padding have been homologated in the “1 IM” class.
The polyurethane foam used, having density 27, has a minimum thickness of 3.5 cm on the seat and 2.5 cm on the back.
The fire-retardant and washable PVC / cotton coating, the varnishing of the exposed wooden parts is carried out with an immersion water-based dyeing cycle that leaves the wood grain visible, a polyurethane primer and an opaque finishing cycle polyurethane, both applied with electrostatic guns.
